How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
Johnson accepts all Visa, MasterCards, American Express, EzPay 0% interest (6 months, 12 months), and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information are protected by means of industry- leading encryption standards.
Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?
This is not encouraged in terms of transaction safety. However, in some special cases, we can assist you.

Do you keep my credit card details?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. We do not actively keep your credit card details. The information we get from you or from our payment system is very restricted and only used for verifying transaction with the banks.
Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment, following the international data security. We also work closely with the banks to keep transactions at Johnson website strictly protected.
Therefore, you can set your mind at rest when shopping with Johnson.
Can I use my credit card to make order and receiver name is another person?
Definitely yes. However, for clarifying your information quickly and precisely at the check out page.
Am I charged when making payment via credit card on website?
Johnson does not collect any fee when you make payment by credit card on Johnson website. We just receive the right amount printed on the invoice or sales receipt.
How does Johnson verify my credit card transaction?
All payment transaction via credit card is carried out via payment gateway. The verification process is made automatically based on computer algorithm, so your payment information is all kept safe and secured.
However, in some special cases that system cannot verify your information, one Johnson agent will contact you for more detail to confirm transaction. Once your given information fix with system, the transaction will be successful.

Why does your website inform error when I make payment via credit card?
To make payment via credit card or ATM card on Johnson website, your card needs to be registered online payment service(for credit card) or internet banking (for ATM card).
In case your payment is not made successfully, kindly check with your bank to make sure there’s no problem happens to your card (such as: turned off online payment function, temporarily locked card, or card not adequate for payment limit, ect..). One more important thing is that the rest money in your account after making payment must adapt the minimum amount according to the bank regulation.
After checking with the bank, if your card still cannot be processed for payment, kindly contact us to support you.

What is the minimum purchase for requesting VAT invoice?
For all deliveries you will receive personal invoice based on your account information when shopping at Johnson. To request a red invoice for taxation, please contact us within 7 days since purchase date. After this period, Johnson will not support to adjust from personal invoice to red invoice.
What are the payment methods available?
To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer two payment methods:
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Online payment with Credit card, Debit card and ATM card issued by local banks (with Internet Banking function activated)
