  • The warranty become null and void if the product has been tampered, undergone unauthorized repair by third parties, illegal spare parts alteration and modification to the products and warranty sticker being removed.
  • After warranty period, consumer will be charge accordingly for all maintenance, spare parts replacement and transportation charge.
  • The warranty does not apply to defects caused by usage not accordance with the Operation Manual, instructions & specifications
  • The warranty is valid within West Malaysia ONLY.
  • The warranty will be void/not effective if the warrantynis not verified (signed & stamped) by our manufacturer and Johnson Fitness (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
  • The Warranty will be automatic void if the item use for commercial usage(club/corporate/gym/condo,etc).
