The products are under warranty against defective parts and manufacturing faults from the date of registered purchase, subject to the following provisions:

The warranty does not cover defects arising from misuse, rough handling, abuse, negligence, or damage caused directly by fire, corrosion or convulsions of nature.
The warranty becomes null and void if the product has been tampered with, undergone unauthorized repairs by third parties, had illegal spare-parts alterations or modifications, or had its warranty sticker removed.
After the warranty period, consumers will be charged accordingly for all maintenance, spare-parts replacement and transportation.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by usage that is not in accordance with the Operation Manual, instructions and specifications.
The warranty is valid within West Malaysia ONLY.
The warranty is void or ineffective if it is not verified (signed and stamped) by our manufacturer and Johnson Fitness (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
The warranty is automatically void if the item is used for commercial purposes (clubs, corporate premises, gyms, condominiums, etc.).
