What should I do if the product is incomplete or damaged?
If you receive a product that does not conform with Johnson commitment, please notify us as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours from the time of receipt.
Can I check the product before paying for it?
- Understanding your concerns and worries about the quality of online products, we allow checking process upon delivery for all the items on website Johnson
- Before accepting the order and making the payment, the customer has the right to open the package and check its content to be sure that the items are correctly as ordered (it includes quantity, kinds, colors, appearance and if the products are intact).
- Any further checking steps like trying the items have to be made after payment.
Johnson will not be considered responsible for failing to deliver the order in promised time if:
- The customer does not give a correct / complete delivery address or contact information during checkout process (Delivery Information step)
- No response from customer via email and phone calls made by Johnson
- Delivery time and address is set but the customer is not available to receive the order
- The delivery time is respected but the customer does not show up after 30 minutes and failed tentatives made by Johnson to contact him
- Other unavoidable situation: natural disaster (earthquake, storms, traffic accident, etc.), traffic interruption on national or local scale, other problems happening to transportation vehicles or machine.
Does Johnson offer international shipments?
Your orders can only be delivered to addresses within Malaysia at the moment.
Can I receive a call before delivery?
Yes, Johnson will do that before delivery.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
Johnson will call you for scheduling before delivery.
I need my order now, Can Johnson speed up the delivery?
Our packaging and delivery progress are currently optimal. We will try our best to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Johnson currently doesn’t offer deliver on weekends and holidays.
How do I check delivery lead time of a product?
Please contact us through hotline to know the delivery time of your order:

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or phone.
After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- 7 – 10 working days
